Bazarse is a hyperlocal marketplace platform connecting:

• Vendors: Local businesses offering products, deals, and services
• Customers: Users discovering and claiming offers from nearby vendors

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You may register using phone/passcode or Google Business Sign-In
• When using Google Business Sign-In, you authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data to auto-fill your vendor information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account

4. Google Business Integration

By using "Sign Up with Google Business," you agree that:

• Bazarse may access your Google Business Profile information
• We may use refresh tokens to post offers to your Google Business Profile on your behalf
• You grant permission for this integration and can revoke it anytime
• You are responsible for ensuring your Google Business Profile information is accurate

5. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information, prices, and availability
• Honor all offers and deals posted on the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain proper licenses and permits for your business

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect vendor terms and conditions
• Not abuse offers or engage in fraudulent activities
• Provide honest reviews and feedback

7. Offers and Deals

• Offers are subject to availability and vendor terms
• Vendors reserve the right to cancel or modify offers
• Claimed offers must be redeemed within the specified validity period
• Bazarse is not responsible for vendor failure to honor offers

8. Payment and Fees

• Bazarse may charge vendors subscription fees or commission on transactions
• All fees will be clearly communicated before charging
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Intellectual Property

• Bazarse retains all rights to the platform, logo, and branding
• Vendors retain rights to their content but grant Bazarse a license to display it
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bazarse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

Bazarse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bazarse against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
